I have seen the movie Avatar before i enter utar. From this movie i get to learn a lot of inspiration about design and lesson. The design of this movie are so fantasy and exhilarate. The background of the movie, the flower and the animals are so special and peculiar. By looking they skin, tail and the eyes are combine with animals features. It make the character more real and more integration into the surrounding.

Beside of the design of the movie, we can learn alot of lesson from that.


Relationships
To build a relationship within each other are challenges. This need all the parties willing to understand each other,
willing to forgive so that the relationship will move forward and stay long. If relationship are not hold strong enough, it may easily broken. 


Importance of rituals
In this movie, ritual of the tradition and rule were the backbone of the villager. The final decision will make by the leader of the village and all the member must to follow with no suspect.  


Leadership
Every work need a suitable leader to be succeed. Leader are the vision keepers and also the conductor as well. As a leader must keep his team member in secure and complete every mission given by the high quarters. As David Irvine says, leadership is a decision but unfortunately it is not a position.
